Authenticity. Accountability. Action.

I treat patients who can't afford to be sick. It's time NC-10 had someone in Congress who actually gets it.

You've seen what's broken from inside the system.

Pizza won't fix it. Neither will staying silent.

Ashley Bell is a PA running for Congress in NC-10. If you work in healthcare, she needs you in this fight.

Ashley’s Top Issues

Restore our Democracy

Top priority: Washington's system of checks and balances exists to protect every American. When those guardrails are undermined, everyone suffers - regardless of party.

As a Member of Congress, Ashley will demand that Congress perform its duty of oversight and hold ALL three branches of government accountable. Ashley will work tirelessly to restore accountability and institutional integrity to our great nation.

Healthcare Access

As a practicing PA, Ashley has sat across from patients who ration insulin, skip follow-up appointments, or delay care because they can't afford it. She knows the system isn't failing by accident - it's been shaped by corporate interests at the expense of patients and providers alike.

Ashley supports universal healthcare coverage, untethering benefits from employment, and putting medical decisions back in the hands of patients and the clinicians who actually treat them. No one should go broke getting healthy.

Affordability & Economic Relief

Groceries, rent, prescriptions, childcare - everything costs more, and wages haven’t kept up. Ashley sees this in her patients every day. She supports a national minimum wage, targeted relief for unavoidable costs, and ending the tariff whiplash that has made financial planning impossible for NC-10 families and small businesses.

Economic security isn’t a partisan issue. It’s what every family in this district is trying to hold onto.

Make Insurance Pay

Ashley has spent years fighting insurance denials on behalf of her patients. She’s watched prior authorization delays cost people their health and sometimes their lives. Insurance companies should never have more authority over a patient’s care than the clinician sitting in the room with them.

Ashley will legislate to end prior authorization abuse, ban coverage denials for medically necessary care, and hold insurance companies accountable to the patients they’re supposed to serve.

Pat Harrigan, our current representative, and Trump think our pain is a "joke."

Our district deserves better. My parents ran a small business; I see the problems every day on the front lines of American healthcare - as a clinician and as someone who's felt the same pressures as my patients and neighbors face every day. NC-10 deserves a representative who lives here, works here, and fights for the people who do.

Ashley is running to represent North Carolina's 10th District in the U. S. House of Representatives.

This is one crazy-shaped district, the result of our elected representatives drawing the maps to select their voters.
