Phone Banking Instructions
If you don't already have an ActionID, go here and create one: ActionID

Login and it should take you to the first call. If it doesn't, enter this list number: 6C0886F-455090
The script is provided as a guide. You don't have to follow it exactly, but try to get the questions answered as best as you can. The most important one is - are they gonna vote for Ashley?
If they don't answer but have a voicemail, you can leave a message. Our campaign number is 336-270-9682 for a call back number.
If you can't reach the person, click "I couldn't reach NAME" and select the reason.
Move on to the next call.
Other things to keep in mind
I recommend either blocking your number or using a free Google Voice number so you don't get callbacks.
You can do this anytime between 9 am to 9 pm EST.

If the person asks a question you can't answer, let them know the campaign will call them back and send us an email with the person's name and number to info@ashleybellforcongress.com
If the person needs a ride to the polls, send us an email and we can help
If the person needs to know where they can vote, this should be listed on their record in the side margin on the phone bank
Text Banking Instructions

Login and it should take you to the first record. If it doesn't, enter this list number: 317886D-137562
Copy the phone number into whatever texting program you're using (Google voice, your own, whatever)
Copy the script verbatim and send the text AFTER you insert the person's name in the "name" field up top
Return to the system and click "Yes" on the dropdown menu where it asks if you texted them.
Other things to keep in mind
I recommend using a free Google Voice number but you can use your own if you're OK with that
If the person replies, screenshot it and text it to 336-270-9682 ASAP. Don't reply yourself.
You can do this anytime between 9 am to 9 pm EST.
