As of 10/16, ALL PHONE BANKERS SHOULD NOW SHIFT TO CHASERS.

These are registered Democrats who have not yet voted. This list is updated daily.

The script is in the phone bank. Please try to follow it as closely as possible. Instructions on how to access and move through the phone bank are in the regular phone banking training below.

Here are the vote chase banks. For the weekend of October 17-18, do only the Catawba list (Catawba is the only one voting this weekend).

Phone Banking Instructions

  1. If you don't already have an ActionID, go here and create one: ActionID

  2. Click here to get to the phone banking system:See links above under Chasers

  3. Login and it should take you to the first call.

  4. The script is provided as a guide. Answer the questions as much as you can.

  5. If they don't answer but have a voicemail, you can leave a message. Our campaign number is 336-270-9682 for a call back number.

  6. If you can't reach the person, click "I couldn't reach NAME" and select the reason.

  7. Move on to the next call.

Other things to keep in mind

  1. I recommend either blocking your number or using a free Google Voice number so you don't get callbacks.

  2. You can do this anytime between 9 am to 9 pm EST.

  3. Any info you need about the campaign: AB4NC.com

  4. If the person asks a question you can't answer, let them know the campaign will call them back and send us an email with the person's name and number to info@ashleybellforcongress.com

  5. If the person needs a ride to the polls, send us an email and we can help

  6. If the person needs to know where they can vote, this should be listed on their record in the side margin on the phone bank

Voicemail drop training

In order to do voicemail drops you need to be added to our Numero account. If you want to be added, email info@ashleybellforcongress.com

Currently we are working on Mooresville 4 on the Numero app. Search Numero call time app on the App Store or Google play store and sign in using the email you were added to Numero with by the campaign.

Once in the app, go to Calltime lists, scroll down to Mooresville 4, scroll down to the names that are still in bold, click on the name, scroll down to whatever phone number is marked Primary, and hit the voicemail icon. Then, click "Intro No Donation Ask", then send on the next screen. Then click the X in the top left corner to go back to the name list and repeat.

If Mooresville 4 is finished, move onto Mooresville 5
